This place has about as much "warmth" as an igloo. Plan on doing a total interior redo if you want this place to look like a place that is selling on it's stand alone value. House flipping is fine, but this place looks to me like someone "SAT" on it and went to Value City and threw bought furnishings. <br>hope the view is great but with what could be done with someone with taste it has potential.<br>By the way,the kitchen looks someone will have to use roller skates as it is so space wasteful. <br>Grade C at best ]]></description><dc:creator><![CDATA[Haywood]]></dc:creator><pubDate>Apr 21st 2007 3:13AM</pubDate></item></channel></rss>
